Maintain
①Clean the motor reducer. Remove the dust and sludge on the outside of the motor reducer base in time. If the environment is dusty, it is best to clean it once a day.
②Check and clean the wiring terminals of the motor reducer. Check whether the terminal screws of the junction box are loose or burnt.
③Check the screws of each fixed part, including anchor screws, end cover screws, bearing cover screws, etc. Tighten the loose nut.
④Check the transmission device, check whether the pulley or coupling is cracked or damaged, whether the installation is firm; whether the belt and its coupling buckle are intact.
⑤ For the starting equipment of the motor reducer, wipe the external dust and dirt in time, wipe the contacts, and check whether there are burn marks on the wiring parts and whether the grounding wire is good.
⑥ Inspection and maintenance of bearings. Bearings should be cleaned and replaced with grease or oil after a period of use. The time for cleaning and oil change should depend on the working conditions of the motor reducer, working environment, cleanliness, and lubricant types. Generally, it should be cleaned and re-greased every 3-6 months of work.
