description

There is a closed chamber inside the solenoid valve of the excavator, with openings in different positions, and each hole leads to a different oil pipe. In the middle of the chamber is the valve body. There are two electromagnets on both sides of the valve body. Which side of the electromagnet coil is energized will be attracted to which side of the valve body, thereby blocking or exposing different oil drain holes. The oil inlet hole is normally open, and the fluid medium will enter the different drain pipes. The medium pressure is then used to push the piston of the oil cylinder to move, thereby further driving the piston valve rod, driving the mechanical actuator, and generating a series of mechanical movements. Structure and working principle: The solenoid valve includes (coil, magnet, ejector rod). The solenoid valve uses an electromagnet to push the spool to control the direction of compressed air, thereby controlling the switching direction of the pneumatic actuator. Its advantage is simple operation and easy realization of remote control. When the coil is connected with current, it generates magnetism and attracts each other with the magnet, and the magnet will pull the ejector rod. Turn off the power, the magnet and the ejector rod are reset, so that the solenoid valve completes the work process. This is how the solenoid valve works. Solenoid valves are generally used in hydraulic systems to close and open the oil circuit. In fact, according to the temperature and pressure of the flowing medium, for example, the pipeline has pressure and the self-flow state has no pressure. The working principle of the solenoid valve is different. For example, in the self-current state, zero voltage start is required, that is, after the power is turned on, the coil will suck up the gate body as a whole. For solenoid valves with pressure, a pin inserted into the gate body is sucked out after the coil is energized, and the gate body is pushed up by the pressure of the fluid itself. The difference between the two methods is that the self-flowing solenoid valve needs to suck up the entire gate body, so the larger and pressurized solenoid valve only needs to suck up the pin, so the volume can be compared small.
